Sorry this is really not pregnancy related but my baby boy has an everlasting diaper rash that I can't get rid of! I've tried Burts bees diaper cream it's not helping us just started trying coconut oil so far it looks the same irritated. I'm considering melting my frozen breastmilk and using that on his little bum. His rash is in the crack so it looks so sore sorry if tmi😞 I feel bad it must hurt him. Any ideas? Should I just buy desitin will it work?

Resinol is the best. Walmart, Walgreens and cvs has it in the pharmacy. You don't have to have a prescription for it. The large jar is around $10

Try mixing  A&D with triple paste ointment ( just a little bit of triple paste because it's kinda strong ointment). Make sure to air out baby's butt and then put them on. Don't put diapers right away. Wait for At least 5 mins after putting the ointment. It should help.

It could be a yeast rash. If it's lasted more than 3 days it's time for a trip to the dr!

Try the honest company organic healing balm. Online or from target. Honestly this is amazing. Diaper rashes fever blisters. Love it.

I would keep trying different products.  My niece always gets really bad diaper rash (she has very sensitive skin). My sister uses more natural products and cloth diapers. She tried many things and finally got A&D ointment. It worked great. While she likes natural products, it's the only thing that gets rid of her diaper rash so she uses it.
