Hi everyone ttc for 7 years and im wanting a second child and tips advices

7 years been wanting a second child ...every month i get let down it stresses me ...i seen a Speciallist she said i looked all good down their ...also i have a cyst size of a grape they told me its normal ...but i just dont understand why im not getting pregnant....so if anyone can give me some tips and advices i sure would appreciate it alot !!!
