28weeks pregnant. Mosquito bites won't go away

I got mosquito bites on Thursday on my feet and they won't go away. I still have bumps and they itch like crazy :( I put some cortizone 10 itchy relief cream. Should I ask my OB or primary care ? I have a dr's appointment on Tuesday. Should I wait til Tuesday or should I go to primary care today? What should I do :(
