When pregnant? Like say a glass of red wine once in a while?

Honestly the majority of the women I know personally have had a very small amount of alcohol while pregnant. (Some more or less than others) when I say very small I'm sayin a small glass of wine at thanksgiving or something like that. Do your own research and do what makes you feel comfortable and guilt free.

Even if people say you can drink 1 glass a wine a week or whatever, I have never been able to just drink 1 glass of wine. I would want the whole bottle lol. So I don't even see the point in drinking one glass...

I've had a few sips of someone else's alcoholic drink during each of my pregnancies. Just a taste is all I've had. I doubt a few sips of some drink will harm a baby so I'm okay with that.
