Could this be it!?!!😍💙😁

So hubby and i were ttc for a little while and decided to stop last period ended july 8th or 9th. I vame back from a vacation the 24th which according to glow was my last fertile day and hubby and i had sex that night and every night after that for about 2 weeks. So far i noticed i had spotting for a day or two about a week and a half ago but was barely anything that came out. Now today is day 8 of missing my period and im extremely moody crying alot for 2 days for unknown reason lol I have some cramps here and there but not like usual Severe period more mild cramps and iv been exhausted during the day And just last night i was laying down and smelt blood in my nose so i sat up but it wasnt bleeding or anythig and nothing smelt like it i just smelled it in my nose. Im waiting to take a test so i dont disappoint myslef because the last time i was 3 Days late and tested and got it the same day. Does it sound like i could've pregnant ? Advice please??
