Can you buy guys flowers

I've always thought about buying my guy flowers as its a nice gift and it's traditional for saying you love someone etc, but can you do that for guys ? Or Will they think it's weird or stuff , I'm too scared to buy my boyfriend flowers incase he or someone else thinks it's weird
