Pregnancy symptoms ?

I'm having these symptoms and I'm scared they're pregnancy symptoms as I'm super late for my period and the only protection I rely on is my implant ( but my implant is super bent I can feel it ) 
But these are my symptoms
-sickness at morning and night 
-bloating 
-leg cramps 
- a lot of weird discharge 
- no period for 4+ weeks ( which isn't normal as I usually have periods every 3 weeks on the implant it's like clockwork and always has been)
- and I'm having super weird cramps at the side of my stomach 
- I'm passing urging and pooping a lot more than usual 
I'm so worried that I could be and taking a pregnancy test is the last thing I want to do as I'm only 18 and so is my boyfriend. Any help would be appreciated.

I would definitely take a pregnancy test to be sure. Even if it comes out negative, you should schedule an appointment with your gyno because those symptoms also look like an infection to me. Good Luck!

I'd just take a test hunny I know it's scary but it's the first step just to be sure especially if your 4 weeks late x

I just got my implant taken out. literally 15 minutes ago, I had the same things. I was feeling nauseous, fatigue, sore breasts, peeing a lot, the whole nine yards. they told me in the 17 years they've worked there that they've never had someone get pregnant on the implant and that they were just side effects.
