I'm 5 weeks 3 days, (second pregnancy)and by my belly button it's hard , is that my uterus already or what ?? I need HELP!!

Answer

Not sure what it could be, but that early your uterus is still behind your pelvic bone... Wouldn't be your uterus yet!!
