Ugh, waiting is the worst!

I'm on day 25 of my cycle..and my breast are wayy more tender now than they have ever been and I've been peeing like it's nobody's business today..cervical position is high, closed and firm..my temp was elevated this morning compared to the past week or so and I've been kind of crampy..me and my husband have been trying for years and he keeps begging me to take a test but I'm so afraid of a negative again..every month same thing BFN! Are these signs of early pregnancy? Or is it wishful thinking..when I became pregnant with our daughter over 6 years ago I didn't track any of this..it just happened so I'm a crazy person now bc we want another baby so bad. HELP!
