Postpartum Stomach
I am 7 weeks postpartum and my stomach is not fat but is still feel loose and the skin is still kind of stretchy. Any idea of how i can speed up the process of it going back to normal or ways i can improve it. I hate how loose my skin is, i can proper grab at it. When i'm standing my stomach is flat but just squidgy, will exercise tone this up or will i have to wait for it to go back in time?😫
