Should I call?

I had a membrane sweep on friday, I lost huge chunks( like palm sized) of membrane with blood, and they told me bleeding for 24 hours is normal after a cervix check so I thought nothing of it except maybe I'll go into labor lol. Well it's monday and the bleeding stopped. I never had brown blood, it was either pink or red. Well just now I had a small amount of pink again with irregular contractions(mainly 1 hour apart some painful some not) I have a toddler so its really a gamble to go in if it's not the real deal. Baby is moving fine though.
