Early pregnancy fever

Hi All- I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I've been stressing about a miscarriage since I got my positive test. I've had mild cramps and nausea as well as mild headaches and dizziness for the past couple of weeks. Today I have a fever (around 99.5). I saw that a fever can be a sign of miscarriage- but I'm not having any bleeding or other unusual symptoms. Should I be worried about the fever?? Thanks in advance.
