Plan B one step

Been having irregular periods this year and I had sex Saturday night and he came inside me. Took plan b about two hours later but I had just supposedly finished my ovulation the day before and with my periods being so irregular I was wondering if my ovulation could have been off and if it will work? Glow said I had a 3% chance of pregnancy that night.... help
