Yeast infection

I'm currently on vacation and won't be back home until like Sunday, I think I possibly have a yeast infection, it started Saturday night when I noticed my vagina had a different smell, then today I wiped and there was somewhat different discharge-it looked more yellow and clumpy. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and was wondering now what I could do?? Could it hurt my baby?
