Cramps. No. Just. No.

Ok guys I need solutions to cramps I can't take mitol and ibfubeprophen isn't doing anything but my cramps are so horrible I've almost passed out in gym and it's only the 4th day of school so my b of a gym teacher won't let me take my 1 out of 2 free days in the whole semester.... any suggestions for stopping or helping them? You know besides cutting out my stomach....
