Is it time?

So I am a first time mom so I don't exactly know what contraction feel like but since last night and all day today I've been getting really painful back and stomach pains. It's uncomfortable for me to sit to the point where I can't to get up and walk or go on all fours. I've been getting this wet feeling all day and a lot of what I think is discharge. I am 38 weeks and I'm scheduled for a C section on Monday the 22nd. What is going on ?
