Anybody else having a really hard time sleeping at night only?

I can't not sleep at night for the life of me i will be so tired and exhausted but i toss and turn all night. And lately ive been having the worst migraines and that also keeps me up. But during the day i can sleep, at night nope!
Example:: Yesterday i fell asleep watching LMN with my SO i could've slept all day! But last night i had a migraine i barley got 3 full hours of sleep i puked 4 times cuz how bad my head hurt, my back is in so much pain and my neck. Im 13weeks 5days today. I just want to be able to sleep!!

Past few days I can't sleep. In up til 3/4am. 😩😡 And still wake up early. Usually I can take a nap 3pm everyday. It's like clockwork. I tried to skip the nap yesterday to avoid being up ll night, nope didn't work.

I can't get comfy at night but could easily sleep all day.       Alot of it is getting ill.  Last night o got sick, had to contend with the dogs, cried an hour, then needed a snack before being able to sleep. This was a lovely 4 hour window smack dab middle of the night.

Anybody else having a really hard time sleeping at night only?
