One baby, or two?

Question

At my first ultrasound at 6 weeks they found a "mass" they didn't know what it was... this was my 16 week ultrasound and my Aunt and my friend both said it looks like there are 3 hands in this picture... which freaked me out. Any ultrasound techs out there who could explain it?

I don't see 3 hands.. Pretty sure your only having a singleton! My twins were pretty obvious.. I understand they could hide on occasion.. But you would still think you would find a 2nd heart beat or see the baby at some point with how much they move!

If there was a second you should be able to find it by now you can see them as little as 5 weeks pregnant

I can see how some people see 3 hands but i believe that is a knee.

16 weeks is pretty obvious if there was another baby hiding in there.
