I just had an elective ultrasound scan today. I'm at 33+6. Baby boy is measuring to weight right at 4 lbs right now. They said he may end up being on the smaller side and would guess he will be between 6.5 and 7 lbs by the time he hits 40 weeks. I'm kind of worried about how small he is. He dad is 6'5 400 lb and I'm 5'3 180lb (pre pregnancy), so I assumed he would be larger. My husbands other son was born weighting close to 10 lbs (granted the mom is at least 2 inch taller then me and "bigger boned") but i can't help but be worried that he's gonna come out small and need to be in the NICU. Most of the stories I've read the babies have come out smaller then estimated so I worry he's gonna end up less then 6lbs!
