child custody

for the last 2 years ive been wanting to move out of my dad's house but he always seems to gind a way around it. last friday, we had another argument so i sat outside ant texted my mom then he took my phone and yelled at me for telling my mom i was uncomfortable at his house. i have a key so i can just go grab my stuff whenever but i still dont know how to talk to him. if i just text him, he calls me and i hate talking to him. he wants to take us to our first day of school tomorrow but I don't start until 12 so I would be with him the whole time and that would just be hell on earth. i justt want to get out of that house and him out of my life, for now at least.
