I got cut☹️

My boyfriend was fingering me like really hard and then his hand slips and he cuts me realllly hard and he was like apoligizing about it like a lot, but like I didn't really feel anything so I was like... whatever? But then he does it again and that time i kinda felt it, then we get up to like have sex and theres dried blood on his hands that looked like there was a pool of blood there... I AM SO EMBARRESED and I'm scared if this will do permenant damage. I don't want to hurt his ego or anything, I just told him I probably wasn't super used to it but I think he knows it was his fault cause he's like sorry i did that blahblahblah but is this going to do any damage? I peed 1-3 times after to avoid a uti and at first i thought i had one cause i was like basically peeing blood but it's stopped now and it doesnt hurt to pee so im realizing he cut me sooo what do i do from here?
