Does darkness of the line mean anything?

I took a pregnancy test on 8/11 which said positive. Today I went in to my OB/GYN for a confirmation pregnancy and the urine test they did said negative at 2:00pm, so they sent me for a blood test. I just took another home pregnancy test and it said positive but the line is much more faint. Wondering if this means anything? I had a miscarriage of my first pregnancy 5 months ago and I should be about 5 weeks along with this one... Hoping this is does not mean another miscarriage? Someone please help!!! I'm freaking out.
