I want to help her but can't help someone who doesn't want the help..

Venting: Some one I know is in a complicated relationship. She calls me constantly crying that's he's hit or that he's told her something hurtful about her weight. He doesn't let her work but he doesn't want to provide for her either! He left up north for work , which us understandable , he left her with 100 dollars, then did not call her or text her for 3 weeks.She was a wreck ! She pays rent weekly and had to beg her landlord to stay where she is living!! I took her to the hospital because she was stressing so bad she was having dizzy spells and migraines I PAID for her medications ! 60 dollars worth of pills I bought her groceries, I took the day off to make sure she ate I even gave the landlord her back rent , he finally replies to her in text after 3 weeks he's been gone says I love you and it's like she was never sad !! I don't understand it , if it was me I would be like forget you I'm getting a job and pulling myself forward ! But it's not me it her , I told her I'm here to help you girl you say you want out but as soon as he says I love you it's like you forget everything that he's put you through ! Ladies why are some people so blind to what's going on around them ! I told her I'm not sure if you mean what you say or its in the moment, I'll help her but I don't want to put in effort for someone who will just take it for granted. Sorry so long it's been on my mind-.-
