Severe congestion! 33 weeks preg

My obgyn said I could take mucinex for my nasal congestion which doesn't make sense because mucinex is for chest congestion. I've taken Zyrtec in the past and that seems to help. However the last 24 hours nothing has worked. I took a regular  mucinex at midnight and I literally just took a Zyrtec at 4am. I cannot breathe out of either of my nostrils. Complete blockage. Being 33 weeks pregnant I'm even more uncomfortable. I have Afrin nose spray even that's not working. Anyone have any remedies?! Also, I normally wouldn't take that much meds but I'm kinda desperate here. I felt the benefit outweighed the risk this late in the pregnancy.
