Guilt trip already?!

While I like being able to track things through Glow/nurture I kinda feel a bit depressed everyday if I haven't exercised or done my kegel things! I don't want to update my weight because standing on a scale at the moment will make me feel even more like sh*t- I'm about 98kg, I know it's not great but hey, makes it that much harder to start a fitness regime right now! Just in my 8th week and I don't want to jinx it by pushing myself into new routines and...
I'm sooooo tired and unable to focus at the moment and I just want to sleep and feel less fat...
