Tiredness ...

So I am 7 week pregnant and I cannot cope with how tired I am I can't ever remember being this sleepy when pregnant with my daughter ... I wake up in the morning and within an hour I am finding it hard to keep my eyes open I have no energy what so ever ... Is anyone else like this and what do you ladies do to boost your energy ? Have midwife next week singing to ask her about this to x
