Meaty matters
I have been so sick and pretty much all foods disguist me at this point, except for steak (and sushi) which I haven't had. My in-laws are going to a really nice steak house that we love this weekend and I'm ready for some red meat, however, I keep reading mixed reviews on what's safe when it comes to how it's cooked. I've read at higher end steak houses it's fine to order medium done and then I see people saying how it basically needs to be charred to eat. What do you guys think?
