So I got my BFP back on July 19. Started spotting the day after which turned into red blood a couple days later so I went to ER. My levels were checked and my Hcg was 62, told me threatened miscarriage. Followed up with my ob and my Hcg was 38, progesterone was like 0.7. Said I was miscarrying. Got some more Hcg levels every few days and they increased. 42. 45. 54. 60. 64. Performed US at what should have been 7 weeks and saw nothing on US. She could see my right ovary but not left and thought maybe ectopic. Took the weekend to decide about if I wanted Methotrexate shot. She drew more labs and Hcg down to 62. Dropped again to 60. Wants me to wait a week before taking Methotrexate shot if needed. Progesterone now 1.8. After all my reading it seems like still low. Should they have been managing this from the first progesterone level? They never drew an in between progesterone which bothered me.
