I need opinions please!

I have PCOS and this is my first month taking Clomid 50mg. I also take Metformin 1500mg per day. I'm on CD 18. I've used opks but haven't seemed to get a for sure ovulation positive.. A couple almost positive or maybe can't tell!

I've been having lower backaches almost daily for a week and also off and on pain in my breasts (more like shooting pains than sensitive). I'm asking for opinions because I'm wondering if these are symptoms of ovulation coming soon, I've already ovulated, or maybe I've conceived already?? I'm going a little nuts.. Kind of mad about these symptoms cause they get my hopes up! What do you think please??

Here are my opks. The bottom one is fresh and the rest are dry. I know it's maybe not the best to look at them after dry but here they are. The third one down from the top was cd11 but it wasn't that dark at 5 min mark, it darkened with more time! Not sure what to think.
