I've only had about 1 cup of decaf per month! Def missing having it every morning.

I have not had a cup of coffee since the day I found out I was pregnant. Cut it out like if it was alcohol. Not because I don't want too but because my body wants nothing to do with it. I think coffee and I immediately feel nasua. I had a large cup of coffee every morning religiously at work. I would get really cranky if I don't have my coffee for some reason. But it's Just one of those things my body won't take in with this pregnancy. And Coke🙄I can't drink Coke or any soda period. Funny because I started coffee with my first pregnancy and was addicted of Coke too. My baby came out very dry because I had a lot of caffeine during my first pregnancy. So I'm kind of happy I feel that way now.

I was told if you are a chronic coffee drinker you get pregnant and try to quit you can put your body in shock stress the baby. (Same with any addiction) I have cut back but i still drink a lot over the "recommended"

Every day. My doctor said do NOT drink decaf coffee. He said there's so many bad chemicals in it.
