Teen pregnancy

I have 13 out of the 18 signs of pregnancy , I am a 17 years old , we were having safe sex but it's not really always safe ... Is it ok for me to be wanted to take a pregnancy test if I have that mainy signs . My boyfrytold me i should and I think I should but some of my friends that are teen moms said I should wait more but the more I wait the more signs I have an ideas please comment???
