Experience with progesterone pills?

Prior to getting pregnant, I was on the pill. I went off and my period didn't come back for months. My doctor ran some tests and said it looked like PCOS and prescribed progesterone pills. Within 2 weeks I ovulated, got my period, and the next month we conceived baby. Since they go by the LMP, do you think the progesterone pills impacted my due date? I'm due 9/3 and my doctor says there's absolutely nothing going on.
