My daughter is just about 4 months old and a altogether a happy wee thing 😍
I am a first time mum and still she is EBF. I found that she was not staying awake for long probably and hour at a time then wouldn't sleep long and was being feed every two hours. This resulting in me being up heaps during the night to feed her every two hours.
I have recently read Save Our Sleep by Tizzie Hall and am on day three of a routine. So far so good, she is sleeping longer, settling better and now feeding 4 hourly. We are now only doing two night feeds too which is fantastic 😁😁 I was worried about milk production with the change of feeding but am so far fine.
Has anyone else tried these routines or some from similar books?
