Please help mamas, hcg and miscarriage

Okay it's a little lengthy. I've had 3 hcgs. First two were 81 & 175 3 days apart so my doc was happy. A week later my hcg was only 430. My docs nurse told me I'm having an imminent miscarriage. My doc said to continue acting as if I'm pregnant (prenatal and no alcohol) and that we'd reheck in a week. I'm not bleeding, and I'm still having pregnancy symptoms of fatigue and sore breasts. Has this ever happened to anyone and they've ended up having a normal pregnancy?? I'm devestated and in limbo. Please I know most people don't comment but if you read this and had something similar (good or bad outcome) please let me know. I feel so alone in all of this. Thanks in advance.
