Period bleeding

I took 3 pregnancy test and 1 was positive the other 2 were negative. Idk witch one to go by. The positive one was Wednesday and the 2 negative was Thursday now I'm bleeding like I'm on my period. This is my 3 pregnancy and I never went through this with the other 2 witch are both boys could this mean it's a girl or I'm miss carrying??
