Sore down south? ftm👶⤵🚼

I've been feeling sore in between my legs for the past week. It feels like pressure/discomfort in the lower part of my pelvic bone. Has anyone else experienced this sensation? Could this be a sign that the head is down? (Should I go to the doctor?) First time Mommy, almost 7 months...is this normal? *it's not rediculously painful, just a different slightly uncomfortable sensation* What could this be?

I'm 26 weeks and been experiencing the same. Your hormones are making your tendons and ligaments soften/loose which is causing your joints to relax and separate.  Add this to the added weight and pressure of baby. But you should always mention stuff to your dr they will tell you if it's normal for you or not.

Oh yah. This is just the beginning!!! I try to exercise the area. It doesn't really feel possible to help the pain. A stability ball helps me stretch my hips etc. Also, bouncing and rolling on it.

It's pelvic girdle pain. Usually felt in last trimester due to lol the weight above your pelvic bone. You'll feel it on sides of buttocks too. I've got the pain right now and it sucks. 😭

I have that pressure when I go to use the bathroom! It does not feel good at all

I have the pressure but just had an ultrasound and he is laying across my abdomen/uterus. His head is on my left hip and his but is on my right so doesn't mean baby head down. Just the weight of your uterus/baby etc on your pelvis!

I have the same feeling I'm just hitting 7months and it even makes it weird to walk at times. The pain is no joke. My doctor said it's the hip bones and pelvic spreading and opening for birth. They told me to stretch. Get on all fours and do the cat stretch thing. Also lay on my side and bring my leg up and hold it for a few and turn over do the same. It hasn't been helping right away but I still do it hoping it will eventually help lol. Good luck!
