Morning After Pill question

So I took Levonelle (Morning after pill) yesterday, 9 hours after the accident happened. Today I have been getting sharp pains in my side and have just started slightly spotting although I am not due on for 2 weeks. Is this normal? I know it can make you slightly early but can it come on that fast?
