Third time mom here making rookie mistakes

I have taken the approach that I know what I'm doing, and for the most part I do, but after seeing this app's list of items you need to take home baby, I've got way too many missing! Seven weeks (give or take), and I have no hospital bag packed and no diapers or wipes or nursing items like a good bra or pads ready.
