Drinking while TTC
So I am on holiday and I'm currently in my tww, I am having one drink a day but I'm feeling guilty, am I being to tough on myself? As I figured most people don't know they are pregnant at the beginning so can wind up having alcohol while pregnant and I am not even sure if it worked. The likelihood is I'm not anyway, so why am I feeling bad?
