Clitoris pain?

Sitting in church today, I was moving around trying to find a comfy position and I swear to goodness that I felt the baby's head (like a round hard ball) on my cervix/pubic bone. It really grossed me out. During our walk this afternoon, I felt a tonne of crazy pressure on my pelvic bone again and now my clitoris is in crazy pain, like it's being smudged from the inside. It just won't stop or go away. Baby number 4 for me and I've never ever felt anything like this in my life. I'm 37 weeks. Anybody else feeling this or dealt with this? No idea how to get it to stop.
