Certain vitamins, like folic acid, are super important during the first few weeks of pregnancy, before you even know you're pregnant. So if you're TTC, you should be taking prenatals.

I did for about 2 months before I finally got pregnant. Taking them doesn't help when TTC, but it's good to start taking them before your pregnant so you get into the routine of taking them
