Any expert online Target shoppers?

I ordered some crib sheets online since they said they were available to pick up at the store near me, and I also used a gift card online and the promo code for my 15% baby registry coupon to fully pay for it. I received an email saying it wasnt available anymore to be picked up at my local target and that I needed to update the order. So I tried to click "free shipping" instead of pick up, and it said there was an error and to try qgain, so I did many times and it wouldn't work, so then I decided to just cancel the order and I tried multiple times qgain.. still wouldn't let me. So my question is, it says if no change is made they will cancel the order in 2 days and no charges will be made... Does that mean the money would go back on my gift card?? because my new balance is with that charge taken off of it (as it shows on my gift card tab on my target account) also would i be able to use that target promo code again?
