Miscarriage

I'm a 39 yr old mom of 3. I have been going through a miscarriage since Thursday night. I wasn't sure until Saturday morning when the bleeding got much heavier. It was light brown mucus to start and then little darker brown to what seems like a period. I'm passing clots and cramps are getting stronger. I called the doctor since I've already been in 3 times for blood work and ultrasound where they believed the sac was empty. I was 5w6d and measuring 4w5d. Scheduled for an ultrasound tomorrow (Monday) and called doctor to let her know what was happening. She held out some hope Saturday, but I'm pretty confident and heartbroken that's it's happening. This is baby #4 for us. I'm sad and not sure what option to choose, d&e, pill, natural? Have any of you experienced this and do you have regrets for choosing one of those options? I appreciate any advice you're willing to give. My sympathies for those going through this and those that have in the past.
