Is it possible to get too wet??

Okay.. So, I'm really shy when it comes to this sort of stuff, but my boyfriend and I have kinda come at a weird part in our sex life. Sometimes we feel like I get to wet? I'm only 17, and he's my first partner. We've never needed lube because I get wet really easy, but sometimes it's a little overbearing how wet I get. Could this be a medical issue or is this a natural thing for a girl my age whose having fun? He's been worried about me and I thought this new app would be a great way to get some opinions.
