Baby shower 8/20/16

Morning of baby shower was hectic, from picking up food, balloons and other things but nevertheless it turned out great....Fast forward to about 3am the next morning, I get up to use the restroom and I get dizzy, lightheaded and nauseated so I'm thinking it may be from getting up to fast ughhh not hardly around 1 that afternoon I come to the hospital....dehydrated with a irregular heartbeat and pluse.....ladies please take care of yourselves and drink plenty of water during this heat
