Just wondering

Well I found out I was pregnant yesterday. But in the last month I've had at least two glasses of wine and the other day I sniffed in all of these cleaning chemicals. The bleach for my bathtub in particular. It was strong. How is baby doing? But also I'm not having much Symptoms like I did with my first. So I don't know what to think. I also don't have an estimate on how far along I am because I don't remember when my last period was.
