Kidney infection

Ladies I'm struggling with a bad kidney infection. Went to my primary last week, she said I just had protein in my urine no infection.My kidney has gotten worse very painful!Anything I can try at home to help? Or should I make another app with the doctor? I don't know what to do as she seems to not think there is a issue.But I know from the pain I'm having.I read oil of oregano helps.Any home remedies that work fast I'm a mom and can't jst lay around all day.
