Finally I am 2 cm and 50% effaced 🙌🏼 yay so excited I progressed to finally something and I think all that happened last night because I wasn't feeling too well at 12 midnight having some weird pains and had diarrhea and naseau and also a lot of mucus plug was lost...went into to doctor appointment at 9 am and had the membrane sweep but honestly I feel I didn't have one because the reviews I've seen said it hurt pretty bad and had instant cramping and I'm just feeling a lot more pressure in my pelvic area so I'm not sure if he really did it cause it didn't really hurt as much as he usually checks me for dilation so any advice would be great... What should I do if it was done ? Can I walk and it progress more or should I lay down and rest ???? Anything would be great.
