I'm 28 weeks and am wanting to get a prenatal massage. Are they safe? I asked my friend who does massages for a living and she said yes and then she sent me another message saying she has massaged preggos who want to go into labor towards the end of their pregnancy and it's worked. Kinda scared me cause what's the difference between getting one now and getting one at the end to help start labor? Makes me nervous.
