Guys!!! Help!

So, I started ovulating the day after I had sex with my man, and after that I was so sore the next day. It's normal after sex for an hour or so, but I've been so itchy the past couple of days, not so sore anymore.. But so itchy!!! There's no strange smell, however this happens every month and sometimes there is an odd smell, but it's just so uncomfortable and almost looks swollen! Is this normal?? What can I do to help this nonesense !!
